I had asked for cash back at the till with my purchase. The teller took my card and nothing was happening. 10 minutes later I was told to move to another queue at the back. I called for the manager and he came through. He offered no apology. I was told to wait and the new teller would assist me. Not once was the problem explained to me until I reached the new teller. If the company is not able to provide the cash back service it should not be offered. Also management should be more sympathetic and not so aggressively.
