On the 22nd of February I forgot my parcel in a basket inside the store.By the time I noticed, I had forgotten my parcel, the shop had closed. I only found the manager and other staff who were already locking up the shop. They were very helpful and they told me to come the following day in the morning. When I got there the manager could recognize me and he knew exactly why I was there, there was no need for me to explain the whole story again. I got my parcel and everything was in order. Well done Pick 'n Pay Heathway.
