Miss Mzimela - account number 7000100100004804183 has been in and out Edgars for months now trying to get assistance for her account to be cleared. I feel she is being ignored because she is a senior citizen. It's very disappointing service from Edgards. There is a charge that reflects on her monthly statement of a Cell C package - cellphone; insurance and airtime since July 2011; that she never applied for. Edgars up to today still charges her for something she never applied for even after she personally went to the store to inform them of this. It must be an inside job because if it wasn't by now they would have refunded her money. Also; she received a letter informing her that her account for Edgars is going to be closed and transefred to her Jet one but she has never aggreed to such an action because of the issue that has not been resolved for her to date.
EDCON; your staff needs to be audited! Stop the! Otherwise legal action will be taken against you.
