We bought several 100g containers of Nicka's Kaiings just after Christmas 2012 from Fruit and Veg City in Gateway, Centurion. We all digged in, but soon we all threw it out as it was full of hair.
I took one hair and taped it inbetween 2 pieces of clear tape.
Then I phoned the number on the container. When the man heard I had a complaint he was not helpful at all.
"Rude", woould be more descriptive of his manner. After a lot of backtracking on his side he agreed to replace my 100g container on the 2nd of Jan 2013 on condition that I send my address details to his phone. Which obviously I did, and delivery reports and phone bills proves that.
No surprise that I never received a replacement. Also no surprise that I am never supporting this person ever again.
If someone told me they had a problem in my production, I would dearly try to make up for it. In any means possible. Word of mouth kills any business. Personally I prefer not not to tell. That is why I called the number on the label in the first place.
Thus - you have a chance to respond.
