From the start of the order on the internet right through to delivery at your door (which is free of charge), Kalahari constantly keep you updated on progress both by sms' and by emails. Once you have received your notification about the day of delivery, they ALWAYS arrive as promised. Also they are a totally secure site which puts me at ease putting my credit card details on the order.
