We purchased two groupons from Emporium Hair and Beauty t/a Hair Doo Salon. On or about 8:20 on the morning of the appointments we received an sms stating that they will no longer be able to assist us due to the following: "goeie more ons sal nie vandag julle hare kan doen. Die haarkapper het ongelukkig net vanog geloop. Groot jammer. Hair Doo. 012 993 0181. " We phoned them and initially rescheduled but then realised that we have prior commitments and then requested them to assist us on the same day as we travelled far for these appointments. The spokesperson then became very cheeky and said that we are supposed to buy groupons in our area. She did not have a problem solving approach. This incident impacted negatively on the salon as a whole. One of the other stylists should have assisted us. If this is how they treat PEOPLE, how do they treat HAIR???
