Beyond pathetic

On 14/01/2013 I placed an on-line order for a Serta Carina Pillowtop bed. Two days later I got a call confirming order but with no delivery date. Three weeks later I send an e-mail enquiring about delivery date. Two e-mails later the week thereafter, still no feedback. Still after no feedback, I tried to phone the number on website, which is incorrect. Eventually got correct number and a person told me they will phone me back. Four days later - no reply. I phone again - same story. Now I am fed up with this pathetic service and want to cancel the order, but can not get through to anyone to even do that!

Cancel the order and make sure I get my money back!
