Lost/Hijacked card

I was hijacked on the 18th of February 2013 and my vehicle, my house keys and my "life" which was in my handbag, was nationalized. In an attempt to obtain a new card from Edgars and presenting a certified copy of the identity document, I was shown the door by Edgars in Brooklyn with the response: "Eish we want the original". I proceeded to my bank with the certified copy and was given my debit card and garage card - no eish.
