It has been several weeks now that the fresh produce stock has not been replaced on the shelf. When I approached the floor manager, I was told that head office has put in place a new system. As much as I am irate and frustrated the staff at Hazeldene is just as frustrated. They place their orders but the stock does not get delivered. A week ago the fridges were completely empty and not one potato to be found in the store. This does not bode well for your clients. I for one have shopped religously at Pick n Pay for the past 32 years travelling 15km to my nearest Pick and Pay in Lynnwood Ridge. I was delighted when the Olympus branch was oped a few kilos from my home then the cherry on the top Hazeldene Pick n Pay was opened and now am in 1 km distance from my favourite grocery store. However, if this situation is not rectified I will be forced to take my shopping to the Checkers and Spar just a little further down the road.
