I bought a T.V Stand & later when i check the statement there was few things that they charged me for wich they did not tell me about when i open an account, I went to Silverton to find out & cancel them. Emma told me that she dont know how to cancell it She will tell the Manager when She comes back & She will phone me back but She never phoned me. I call her She said she forgot to call me & the Manager is not there again then She promised me to call me back agai & she never do that, I call her then the Manage was there i speak to her She told me that the Lady that can cancell She is on Leave as soon as she come back She will call me back, She never call me back am still waiting. How can one be a Manager if She can`t deal with the costomers complaint?? I mean if the Staff can not help me i expect the Mananger to help me but NOT in Joshua Door Silverton!!!
