I have been waiting for over 2weeks for joshua door to get back 2me regarding my bed from edblo. I laid a complaint with joshua door regarding the bed they gave me, this was in december. And the manager said she will sort it out when edblo opens again 15 january. 16january I had to phone her 2make sure she followed up, only to.find out she didn't follow up and would do so after my call. 2days affter that I called again to hear if she did call and she said she did, only to get a sms a few hours later from edblo.21 january a edblo inspector came to inspect my bed and told me it would take 3-5days before they deliver my new bed bu they will call and explain ings to me.28 january I called joshua door again to get feedback and the manager said she will tell elizabeth to call edblo and get back to me.never happend! 29 january I went to the store only to find out there was no electricity and yet again they said they will call me and it never happen. Its the 4th of february now and no1 ever called me back, I have t keep running after them. This is total bad customer service and I feel they can take all their furniture back as I am a unhappy customer. I want answers as in yesturday!
