I'm very off by the service of your branch manager by the name of Lizzy, i reported a complaint this morning at 8h40 and promise to call me at 13h00 but she did not, so i took a phone and call her and what she told me was ver rude, because she told me that her Regional manager did not come to the branch today if i want to take the matter far i can she doesnt care and BANG the phone in my ear, so i want you guys come pick up your lounge suite and give my money back i will go other retail stores who will treat me with respect the way a customer deserves to be treated.
