I purchased a bedroom suite in December last year. They delivered the bedroom suite and I immediately noticed it was damaged. They then informed me that it would not be a problem to replace the broken piece, the manager just needs to come inspect it. I have since been to the store on numerous occassions, where I have been informed that only the store manager can assist, but he is never in. I have now resorted to calling the call centre to complain, but once again, no luck, they tell me that a customer care agent will call me when they are available, weeks later, Im still waiting for a return call. I am fed up with your pathetic service, what do I have to do to fix something that I have paid for, you have not given me this product for free.
