Pathetic Customer Service:

"Ringmaster"; Isaac Monareng did not leave a message & also did not make any attempt to call me since I posted the original complaint via Hello Peter. His replied stated that he tried to call me but I have no record on my phone/messages to support his claim. Its being 14 days since I reported & handed a poor quality product Advanced Steam Iron; same product that scorched and damaged my clothes which was claimed impossible by Verimark (similar comparison to Titanic). I tried calling the "Circus" and left a message with a "clown" that I was unable to get his name.
Wish there was some where I can inform "consumers" to stick to Philips or even Russell & Hobbs brands who offer excellent after sales service as opposed to Verimark Products & the bunch of their self-proclaimed "circus stars"?
Disgusted with such poor after sales service!!!
Mr Siegfried Preller is reposnsible as he hires these kinds of personnel to service consumers

14 days & no reply @ all???
