I am just lost for words with the service I received at the CSC at Woolworths. I'm an acc. holder who ordered a replacement card on the 04 Jan cos my card was. I was told by the consultant that the request takes 7-10 wdays. I did state that I need it for back to school. I hv been calling since the 10th cos I have not been getting feeding back and explaining to the CSC why I need it. I then called again today spoke to a CSC agent who was unhelpfull and didn't even listen to me. I then asked for a TL was told they are back on Mon asked some1 in charge spoke to (UNathi Sicana) Supervisor who didn't even listen to me told me about 10days and that there nothing she can do. I wastold to go to the store and see what the BM can it depends on their descretion. What is the CC Department there for I am paying client in desparate need for help and their agents don't seem to care at all. I am not getting the benefit of what I am paying for. I'm so frustrated and don't know what to do at this point. Please help
