Purchased a 500g box of PnP rusks from above store. 36% (by weight) of the contents were crumbs. Filled out the communications e-mail on their official website, and got an automated supply requesting me to fill out the e-mail facility on their official website!
I finally phoned their helpline on three different occasions, and listened to promotional material for more than three minutes on each occasion without speaking to an consultant.
Do they really want to listen to my complaint? Or is it all just PR?
