DVD Regions not Specified Clearly

I ordered 17 DVD's from [URL Removed] Upon receipt, I discovered that 5 of them did not work on my DVD player. Following a telephone conversation with [URL Removed] (Monique & Juanita), I was informed that the DVD's were Region 1 and that because I had opened them, I could only return them if I was willing to pay R55 postage and forfeit 20% of the cost of the DVD's. South Africa is in Region 2, and it is only to be expected that a South African retailer would sell Region 2 DVD's, without the client having to go to the individual product page to make sure it is Region 2.
