I was at the bottle store at 16:57 on Saturday, the doors were closed, I showed this manager the time on my Blackberry, but he's response was that it is not checkers time. He's attitude was appalling and reflected the behaviour of someone suffering form hypertension and high blood sugar levels, please have your staff tested, this checkers needs a lot of tensioning, staff are overworked and customers extremely irritated, especially in the hot foods section and tills.
