Poor response from PnP customer careline

PnP butternut and sweet potato chunks frozen mix. I bought a 1 kg bag it was not up to standard, I e-mailed the careline (12/02/2013) - to date no reply, I phoned the 0800 11 22 88 number, registerd the complaint it's been a week and no response.
