I have bought two sets it is a pathetic product the mop doest not stick to the velcro it falls off all the time. I have approached various stores and they have send me from one place to the other - why cant they pick up the phone and phone the customer careline? According to them their is no customer care line. this is daylight to pay a lot of money for something that does not work. Why must a customer always go to the extreme to have a problem resolved?
