After my first complaint regarding the terrible service from Edgars; I got a couple of phone calls from thier Customers Services and the branch manager (Boulders) promising to solve my proble but to date, nothing has been done- I guess that was all part of your delaying tactics, just to make me forget or calm down! All I want is to have my account closed as I don't owe you anything but again, you want me to go to the same shop and phone you from there. Your service stinks and I don''t want to do business with you.
