It is the 4th time that I go to Pick aPay in Elgin Mall that they dont have the products thats on special. Every time I speak to a manager, I get the same reply, Sorry we are out of stock. The special runs for 7days, how can they be out of stock by the 2nd day of the promotion.? This is unexceptable!!! I will never again shop @ Pick a pay @Elgin mall!!!
