Bad Service and no value for money!

My Husband send me flowers through Teleflorist on the Internet. He works in Saudi Arabia! He gave special instructions, to phone me before delivery and to send 'luxury chocolates' with the flowers! My flowers was (I wasn't home at the time) delivered at my neighbors three houses down the road, wrapped in brown paper, a poor bouquet and definitely not worth all the money he paid for it and no Chocolates! So I phoned the florist and they apologized for the chocolates and for delivering at the neighbors and not phoning before delivery. They delivered my 'Luxury Chocolates', Clicks Chocolates, Made In CHINA!! I am utterly disappointed and I have send an email to Mr de Klerk on the 17th of May and still no reply! the Florist they used here, Queens Florist excuse for the poor bouquet was that the payment was in Dollars, but it was in Rand!!
