POOR SERVICE

I bought furniture from geen & richards that amounted to R29000 end of July 2012 & at that time the catalogue clearly stated that if i buy for over R20000 i will get a buffet warmer from russell hobbs as a gift! I even saw one on display inside the store. Ever since then I am still waiting for my gift, I went to the store numerous times and the sales person I bought from kept giving me attitude, I then spoke to the manager he took my contact details & told me they are having problems with their supplier. that went on for about 3months, same excuse every day! I then decided to call their customer care line, spoke a lady she adviced me that they will take it up with the store then get back to me with the feedback! i got a call a week later & the lady told me the shop is still having problems with the supplier so what they can do is give me a frying pan instead! i said its ok, but my preference is still the buffet warmer because i agreed to that originally. she said she'll call them and get back to me in a weeks time she didn't. I called again the lady i spoke to was off that day so i left a message. up until today i have received nothing! I need answers because im extremely angry!
