On the 11th February I went to KC and bought "Black grapes" from the store and had the misfortune of selecting a very unsavoury sealed box. I did not get upset about it and just trashed it Then on the 15th Feb I bought another not thinking that it would be the same cause I opened it and saw that the ones on top looked perfect. But low and behold right below them it had been the same as the box before... I then today 18th Feb decided to take it back to the store.. Was confronted with the issue of till slip by the customer service lady (Shamima) who I then promptly requested to see a manager for the goods... (who still keeps a slip for things that you eat, I can understand hardline products but food?)... EDWARD was then prompt on the matter and offered to replace the item (that is all I wanted) but to his misfortune refrigeration was not his best of freinds this day.. They all had a problem. But not to worry he then promptly asked me if he could make up the box with the ones that looked good for me.. I like the way this man thinks... :) and said yes.. Now this is how you make a customer HAPPY and LOYAL to a company that has STAFF that help in their limited capacity.
