I emailed Elizabeth Arden with my concerns over their new Red Door perfume bottle. Well, to my wonderful surprise the response I got was immediate, informative, highly professional and very courteous. Such a pleasant surprise to also receive a complimentary gift from them. Brilliant customer service department - well done!!
