So today i decide to go to game and purchase there special on Trimtech lawnmover and weedeater. So i go to game canal walk and go to the department where the gardening items are. I wait and look around for about 5 minutes and no one is there to help me, so i ask a staff member to page the correct person. Someone from a other department comes and assists me. Friendly and helpful i cant complain there. My problem is that when purchasing the items and reading on the box, does it say nowhere that i need to purchase a lead loose. On the weed eater box is a person cutting the grass with a red cord. So i get home and find this out and now i am the in as i cant use my newly purchased items. I called game store and spoke to the manager who said that it does not come with a cord, my point is why does it not, why was i not informed... wait that's cause the person helping me did not know the facts. I tried to find the trimtech agents for south africa and cant find that. Leon the manager offered me a R100 of a lead but thats still not the point. I want to know that why when spending almost R2000 you dont get a lead to go home and cut your grass.
