This is not the first encounter had with Game Mthatha regarding the worst service delivery ever. I went to Game the day before to some pricing on Items I want so that I dont waste any time there.
Firstly the guy in the fridge department was excellent and suficient he helped me in seconds after arriving in this apartment.
Since I am buying all my business needs at GAME MTHATHA i went to look for someoene to help me with getting 4 x playstation two machines every sales person on floor tells me they bussy i eventauly had to look for the floor manager remeber i have a bussiness to run my self. There i was told they have a playstaion combo for sale for R1299.00 then i asked him for 4 off those by surprise they were R1999.00 not an issue then after i have been in the store for an hour now I get to the tills.
On the order paper it clearly states 4 x play-stations 2 x microwaves 1 x box freezer and more items the cashier rings up only one play-station i had to correct her now we have to wait for a supervisor to assist with the mistake made we all human we do make mistakes but on this level? now she rings up another 4 Please wait for Daily Dispatch for full complaint!
