We wanted bed wraps and they did not have the correct size there.
The first person who eventually helped us did not go the extra mile and said "can't help you as we are off line"
Arnoldo however, took the initiative and started phoning vaious branches until he found what we were looking for.
We went in to fetch them this week and thanks a lot Arnoldo.
