No delivery, no communication

Hello peter
Last year (2012) on Noember 23 i bought a bed at dial a bed boksburg, it was a seally camara firm after a month
the bed was still not comfortable, so i decided to exchange it for a camara same size (queen) but this time i wanted a pillow top, so on the first week of january i went there and they said they dont have it on stock but i must come back after the 14th Jan, i went there they postponed again to the 23rd when i went there again they said my delivery is ready they will bring it on weekend of the end of january and i am still waiting.
Everytime i go there they give me a new delivery date, i have run out of options now.
I am sleeping on a bed that is hurting my back, i even cant sleep properly if i want to sleep i have to sleep on the couch, if they dont have the bed let them bring back my money so that i can get the bed somewhere else.
