Staff needs training in dealing with the public

I am very dismayed with the attitude of some staff at the Gordon's Bay branch. I have a few body modifications, namely facial piercings, stretched ears and tattoos, but that absolutely does not give the staff leeway to treat me in a manner which is downright rude and disrespectful!

I had an incident a few weeks ago where a shelf packer looked at me and literally screamed "Jissis! " right in my face, then called over a fellow employee to gawk at me. This past Sunday the 17th Feb my partner and I were doing our weekly groceries when the cashier and bag packer were staring at us, making comments that "that is so wrong" and whatnot, to the point where the woman did not swipe my Smart Shopper. I told her she didn't but she insisted that she did swipe it. When I walked out I checked the slip and sure enough, not scanned. When I went back to tell her she just pulled up her shoulders as if to say "not my problem" and no, there's nothing that can be done to rectify the mistake. I told her in future she should pay more attention to her job and not her customer's appearance. Bad service, bad attitude, just going to go the extra few km's and do my weekly shop at the Broadlands PnP.
