Case NOT addressed

On the 02/02/2013 at 16:54, while paying my Edgar's account at Pavilion, westville, i was told that i had an unusual balance that was R656.88 more then the normal. On enquiring, i was told that someone in Centurion, Pretoria had purchased for that amount at the exact same time i was paying my account in Durban. Clearly this alone was evidence of!!. But still i logged a complaint and filled all the forms out and Edgar's stuff and HEAD OFFICE said they will sort the matter out. Its been two weeks now and i get my statement with the same HIGH BALANCE and that unusual amount. This is so ridiculous and i am appouled by the respond of that Edgar's and the stuff have. I WILL NOT PAY THIS ACCOUNT BECAUSE IT IS NOT MY PURCHASE!! how did that person manage to purchase, without a proper signature or I.D document. I would like to see proof of this purchase!!! COME MONTH END AND THIS MATTER IS NOT SOLVED I WILL BRING IN MY LAWYERS and hand this over for them.
