My last statement with Edgar's was a balance of R4218.63
On Sunday i made a purchase for R785.
My new balance is R5790.36.
I called Edgar's approximately 20 times, I have call recordings of every call made to them, they kept putting me through to different departments, I had to explain to each person I spoke to in each department explaining the situation. Every person I spoke to agreed that I am correct and something was wrong and than they would put me through to a different department to explain the same story. Eventually they said a manager would call me and no one has done so.
My concern is that if I had not noticed the discrepancy in my billing I would have paid this amount.
How many times have they done this and too how many people?
I am absolutely appalled by their poor customer services and the way in which they are handling this matter.
