I bought some groceries at Pick n Pay Eersterust, I utilised one of their trolley baskets, when I got to the till the items were tilled and then a staff member removed the trolley an I was now expected to carry my parcels to my car because they do not allow a person to leave the shop with the trolley. No one asked if I able to carry the stuff (I have a back problem and am limping mind you). We have elderly, frail, injured and sick people who shop there but this is in no way considered. This is not the first time that this happens and I have previously addressed the matter with no improvement. Every other shop allows you to use the trolley to take your groceries / goods to the car! Why is this not the case at this Pick n Pay? We are paying customers who deserve better treatment!
