Today there was a 14 % discount voucher offer. I decided to buy a new fridge The one I chose cost R6669.00 . I did the usual and asked for discount Got offered it at R6300.00
When i discussed with the sales man what I would do with my voucher he told me it did not apply if I got a discount. So for a discount of about R300I would loose a voucher valued at about R840.00
Poor young man went to ask his floor manager if we could make a plan. I got an answer " that's the way it is " I was shattered by the his attitude. No. effort to come to a compromise.
Needless to say they lost the sale
I felt for the sales man he had tried really hard and had spent time showing me options
