Purchased a KIC fridge from game this morning, saw the same fridge at hiding corportion for R3699 but was for sale at game for R 4099.00, I discussed this with the sales person and was informed that they would match the price and give me a 10% discount on top of that. Clearly I was happy and agreed to the sale. As I was was in a rush I got my girl friend to pay for it while I went ahead to pay for parking. I then got in the car and checked the slip and noticed they had only matched the price and given me a 10% discount not on the new value but on the difference between the old price and the new price. When I phoned the sales person he then told me that this is what he had done. When I mentioned to him that this is not what we had agreed he become very disinterested making it seem that this is a regular situation. if this is the way game teaches there sales staff to make a sale. I would much rather not do any further business with them. Please could someone contact me to resolve this issue as I would like to get what was discussed or cancel the deal completely.
