My mother in wanted to buy at clicks hartswater, a kettle and a huisgenoot. They swiped her card but they told her it did not went trew, they said she must swipe it again. Once again they told her it did not went trew. She told the to cancel the transaction. On the way home the sms came threw that both the amounts (R 107-00 *2 =R214-00) went trew. She went back to them. They told her that the money will be paid back to her account within 24 hours. That was on the 30 Januarie 2013. Up to date their is no money paid to her account. And she has make how many calls to them. They do not even try to solve the problem. My mothers name is Corrie Nieuwoudt. And her number is 0828212915. It is now 14 days and they promissed 24 hours. My mother is a pensioner and have not got money lying arround, she realy needs it.
