Denial of responsibility

I was told by Game Boksburg to take my tv to Samsung themselves to fix. After one week Samsung gave me quote to fix the tv for R3500-00 and did not have stock. I replied that I have a two year warrannty on the tv as my tv is 14 months old when the problem started. They are in denial that the tv is still in warranty, but the printed form that were given by Game and the mouth to mouth word from two salesmen from Game said the tv do have a two year guarentee this was one of the reasons I purchased the tv from GAme. I was very dissapointed as I still owe R5000-00 on the tv as I bought it on my credit card. I now means I must owe R7500-00 on the same tv for fixing it. This is a disgrace. The lady that helped on Friday the 15 th of February, did tell me that the tv is still in warranty. Please help
