This is the second report I'm writing about this particular matter, in the hope that somebody will contact me. In October last year R850 was deducted off my account from Homemark for something I did not order. I got a delivery of a juicer a few weeks later, which I immediately returned as I did not order it. The call centre is like a brick wall you can't get through. How many calls must they log before you get a refund???
