Poor service, terrible attitude

Saturday I spoke to someone about a spinning bike, it needed to be ordered in from N1, he told me it will take a week. I called in today just to check up and make sure everything is in order.

First I speak to Judy who once again is very unwilling to help, telling me she cannot do anything as she was not here, I ask her to check the book as my details where written down and 2min later she hands the phone to Mark (I think, he was reluctant to give me his name, had to ask 6 times).

Now I get told it takes 2 weeks because it needs to be handed over to a courier, I worked very regularly with couriers and still do on occasion, it does NOT take 2 weeks to drive under 50km, on the extreme outside it takes 3 days.

Now this is the 2nd time I have had a problem at that branch and the 2nd time I have had a terrible experience dealing with Judy, if I ran that place she would be fired on the spot, unfair dismissal be damned, its a customer service industry, you do not refuse to help a client simply because you where not there.

No I am expecting serious repercussions for both parties as well as my order to be ready for me to collect this coming Saturday.
