My wife went to Checkers and said that the people at the kiosk would not help her because there were four people helping one person at the kiosk. This is ridiculous, you cannot make everyone wait because there are 4 employees helping one person. Unacceptable behaviour. You need one employee and possibly a manager to deal with customer queries.
