Bad customer experience

I bought a Tafelberg maize meal at steel dale pick n pay, when I open it at home I realized that it had worms. I did not return it the same day because it was already late, the following day I returned the maize and they refunded me however no word of apology was given taking into account that I took my time and spent on fuel to visit the store to spend my money. I bought another Ace 10kg maize meal with the refund they provided of which two weeks down the line it got damaged as well and I had to throw it away. I no longer trust the state of maize meal in pick n pay steel dale' shelves.
