I ordered items (Order 200846252) on the 28th Decemeber and today is the 11th January, where are my goods! Checkout said 3-5 days, unless i cant count, that period passed ages ago! I called Zando 4 times this week and everytime I've got the same response! "We dont know where your parcel is, I've emailed our warehouse and await a reply. I'll contact you soon" - Biggest load of ever! I haven't received a call back from 4 different consultants! Absolutely pathetic service, I'd rather stick to Bidorbuy and Kalahari in the future!
If your useless customer service rep even sees this complaint please tell them to find out where my parcel is, I dont want empty promises or an apology, I just want to know where my parcel is and when it is arriving. FIRST AND LAST time i use this amateur-ish company. What a joke!
