Beware of extra charges & settlement amounts

This morning was the last! I have not received a loan acc via post or e-mail in months. BUT marketing info seems to always find my mail address. I have been a loyal acc holder since 2001 & has always paid my loans. 2011 I lost my work and made arrangements with them which I stuck to if I could not I would phone back and re-arrange. I on several occasions asked them to please not take a debit order as the account I have been using has been closed, strange no note on the system. 30 Des 2012 I went into the store to settle the amount. I was given an amount and paid the said in full. This morning I get battered from the collection service for R194. The reason being that they went and took a debit order from me which was returned, GO FIGURE!!! Why on the 30th did this not show??? And why am I being battered for a WOOLWORTHS MISTAKE. It always amazes me how notes is never found on the system when a client phones but always chapters from the store. Really for a R 198 you treat me like???
