Hi,

I went into Legit 20/03/13, Festival Mall to exchange 2 items i had bought form the Eastgate. When i got there i was advised by Nthabiseng that one of the items where not in stock and they would be unable to exchange it. I then said to her ' when I bought these items i asked about the return policy before i purchased my clothing and i was advised that i can exchange at any Legit. There was no "not in stock" clause mentioned. I was speaking in english and she continued speaking in a different language to me which I found unfair. I asked for her manager-Joyce and was told bluntly there was nothing they could do for me, I should go back to the Eastgate store where i bought my clothing. I was met with a bad attitude from both parties and every time I pass Legit, I just think back to the unfair treatment i received.
