I went to this shop today to pick up few things, and seeing that I only had three items I went to the ciggerate counter to make payment. When I get there Penelop Sibisi (cashier) tells me they don't ring groceries at that till point, I then requested to see the manager and Nomusa Dube shows up and she also tells me the same thing. I had to practically force them to ring my groceries there.
This is bad service at it's best. Please checkers deal with these rotten apples among your staff members.
