My late husband ordered a bed from this company in July 2012. They required 100 percent payment upfront. They said it would take 8 weeks for the beds to be delivered. Unfortunately my husband passed away (heart attack) in August 2012. In November 2012 there was still no delivery. After 18 emails and phone calls, I finally received a curt response to say that the beds would be delivered ASAP.By the end of December, nothing had been delivered. I then asked for a refund. ALL COMMUNICATION STOPPED. I have had to give this matter to my lawyers to either recover the money, or get this awful company to deliver the beds.
