"Big Birthday Deals" advertises an Acer Notebook was R6499 and now R3999. Neither Three Rivers or Vaal Mall had stock on the day the advert appeared in the newspaper. The manager at Vaal Mall refused to speak to me and the responses from staff members varies. One said that they never received any Acer stock whilst another said they did have stock but sold out - WHEN? I believe they never had stock and are falsely adverting to draw customers in and then try sell them something else. How many Acer notebooks did each of these branches actually recieve and how many of these notebooks in total were available for the promotion.
Thank you Hi-Fi Corporation for honouring their adverts as I went next door and purchased a notebook there without any problems. I will never shop at Game again.
