Last year on the 20 September my boyfriend bought a pro cyber laptop for my son. Saterday evening my son switch on the laptop but nothing happens. He showed me, i tried to switch it on, take out the batteries but nothing happen it was just froze. Yesterday i took the laptop back to Game Century City customer service. The assistance said she gonna call someone from glomail department to have i look. she did that and someone came i told him my stories he check the laptop. He said to me they don;t have the laptop on stock now to exchange it for me. the only thing he can do is to book it for repairs. i said how about give me a refund. and he said it is more than 14 days i can not receive a refunds. I was not happy about his response because there is nothing says about 14 days money back refund on my slip and i said where is that he must show me. He said he was told that during training. I said ok he must book it for repairs. while i was waiting for the printing of paper work. there was a guy that was returining a chair and he bought the chair last year. He got money back refund. Same store but different policy. why people are not getting the same treatment? i am not impressed at al
