Ought my husband a pair of Havainas as part of his xmas gift! On xmas day he put it on, walked from the tv room to the kitchen (on a tiled floor) and told me it is too big. We put it in the bag and went on 29 Dec to exchange. The 3 ladies working in the shop were extremely rude... told us it has been worn repeatedly, they made us feel as if we were lying, we told them what happened! They told us people wont buy it and that people normally wash their shoes!! they told us to go wash the shoes in the bathrooms?? have you ever!!!...so shocked with them being so unproffessional and so rude!! my husband went to wash the shoes soles. Can you believe it?? she took them, grabbed the size he wanted and gave us the smaller shoes... without a thank you, good bye or even a smile! I will never ever go back. SUch shocking service and being SO extremely rude, not helpful at all and this is an international shop! i wonder how many other people have had a bad experience there. A nice idea for a xmas gift turned into such a awful experience, making us feel like liars!!! I have also worked in retail. They need to sharpen up their customer service or need some training!!!
